Thank you to everyone who has decided to follow my blog! I started it in September as I had finally committed to getting healthy, and wanted to inspire others along the way. I was off to a phenomenal start, losing roughly 30 pounds in the first 2 months. There was no stopping me now(or so I thought).
Then, for some reason, I went away from health posts and weight loss updated. I bet you’ve missed my posts about ‘How to stay healthy this holiday season’. That’s because they didn’t exist. Why? Because life happened, and the holidays happened, etc. It went from, as soon as we are all settled in from moving – to after Thanksgiving- to after Christmas- to after New Year’s etc.
The good news is that through all of that time of “throwing in the towel” I only gained about 10 pounds back. Well I jumped on my New Year’s resolution horse and said, “No More”. After 4 days of eating healthy and 4 days suffering with the flu, I am right back to where I left off.
