With all of the stress of work, moving, etc., I made the decision to hold off on the dieting for now. Unfortunately, I lack the self control for that to work. This is what I had this morning:
3 breakfast sandwiches/ 2 tacos/ and a Chinese seseme chicken and rice.
Needless to say, I felt sick all afternoon. Time to get back on track ASAP! Don’t allow bad decisions or mistakes along the way make you give up on your bigger goals!
