Time to bounce back!

With all of the stress of work, moving, etc., I made the decision to hold off on the dieting for now. Unfortunately, I lack the self control for that to work.   This is what I had this morning:

3 breakfast sandwiches/ 2 tacos/ and a Chinese seseme chicken and rice.  

Needless to say, I felt sick all afternoon.  Time to get back on track ASAP!   Don’t allow bad decisions or mistakes along the way make you give up on your bigger goals!

Never stop believing in yourself!  Talk to you tomorrow 🙂

  1. After reading your story you sound like you made a excuse to eat the way you wanted to. You made an excuse to do bad, and I can tell you your mind said different all day. You got this! It’s not a diet its a lifestyle change. At the end of it all you will love the results and how you change others lives. Don’t look for motivation, because it comes and goes when it wants too, you have to be self driven. Write down your goals and go for it. Have a great day and keep pushing.
