After some time to relax this weekend, it can be hard to jump back into the swing of things. I like to workout first thing in the morning after my cheat day. Otherwise, I find a way to talk myself out of it. You know that, ‘I’ll start again tomorrow’ nonsense you tell yourself. That only last so long. One more day turns into a week, which turns into a month, which turns into a year… you get the point. Focus on why change and growth is important and keep moving forward.
