Have you ever read or listened to something that could really change your life? Have you ever listened to the same thing 3 years later only to realize that you haven’t put the advise into action?
I’ve done it all the time. I have listened(I’m an auditory learner) to many programs and books from Anthony Robbins, Les Brown, Zig Ziglar, Coach Phil Jackson, Jim Rohn, and that only scratches the surface. Many hours listening to many things and gaining good ideas along the way. But when listening again years later, I am disappointed in myself about some of the changes I failed to make. It was like I challenged myself to read as much as possible, instead of taking the time to really absorb and take action on the things that I’ve learned to create permanent change.
I’ve decided to challenge myself to do just that. I will take the time to read, complete exercises, and get the most out of the book before I move on to the next one. I am starting with the book pictured below. I will keep this book with me at all times and pull it out whenever I have downtime.
