Week 5 weigh in

This week was rough and I had low expectations.  I missed 3 days of workouts due to injury, scheduling etc.   Through it all, I was still committed to the food plan I have been following.  The weigh in was shocking.   Last week I was disappointed that I only lost 1 pound during a week where i followed the program flawlessly.  This week I am pleased to say that I lost 5 pounds despite all of the challenges.  I couldn’t be more excited! No turning back now!
